Hello Everyone!!!

We are very excited to introduce our new exclusive healthy, balanced and delicious meal program!  We have teamed up with Carisa Gaylardo, The Bodyologist, to provide you with a fresh convenient option containing healthy fats, healthy carbs & lean proteins.  Our freshly cooked meals will be available daily.  We recommend only storing our meals for three days.  

Menus will be posted on Mondays.  Orders must be placed by Friday for next week pick up. When choosing pick up date please note quantity. CASH PAYMENT ONLY
